• What is your minimum on Screen Printed Shirts?

24 pieces with the same image and same ink color.

Screenprinting is a process where ink is forced through a mesh screen onto a surface. Making certain areas of the screen impervious to printing ink creates a stencil, which blocks the printing ink from passing through the screen. The ink that passes through forms the printed image

Our screen printing ink physically bonds with the fabric of the shirt, so it lasts much longer.

The printed ink is cured in a conveyor oven (much like a pizza oven) at nearly 400 degrees, so it will stay looking great for years to come!

  • What is your minimum on Full Color DTF (Direct-to-Film) Shirts?

1 pieces, but your price may be higher than if you ordered in bulk.

Direct to Film (also known as DTF) is exactly what it sounds like. You print an artwork on a special film and transfer said film onto fabric or other textiles.

Can you use these on Light or Dark shirts?
DTF transfer successfully transfer onto dark or light colored shirts easily. There is also no "box" shadow around your images or white strokes which may show on darker colored shirts.

What do DTF transfers feel like?
DTF transfer prints are much more durable. Prints transferred directly to film wash well and are elastic, meaning they don't crack or flake, making them ideal for heavy use items.

    Why is DTF so popular?

DTF is more versatile and can be used to transfer images of various fabric types and colors. DTF has become increasingly popular in the industrydue to their endless possibilities. A variety of products can be printed with them, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, and shoes.

How long do DTF transfers last?

On average, a well-crafted and correctly applied DTF transfer can typically withstand between50 to 100 washes. However, this estimate can vary depending on factors such as the type of ink, the substrate (material receiving the transfer), and the maintenance practices of the garment.

  • What is your minimum on Embroidery?

1 pieces, but your price may be higher than if you ordered in bulk.

Embroidery is the art of stitching threads directly onto a garment including hats.

    How we price Embroidery?

Custom embroidery orders depend on two variables for pricing:

    • "Stitch-count" - the actual number of stitches needed to embroider the design.

    • "Digitizing" - essentially taking your design and creating a file the machine can recognize. Size and Colors will affect this charge.

    Digitizing your artwork...

Embroidery is a bit more technically challenging than screening due to how we input the artwork onto our embroidery machine. In some instances, things like standard fonts can be used without any digitizing.

Other instances, including custom logos and other images will need to be digitized.

If your artwork needs to be digitized, there is a one-time digitizing fee. The minimum digitizing fee is $30, but could be more depending on the size and complexity of the image.

    Stitch Count...

After the artwork is digitized and sized correctly, we are able to get the stitch-count needed for your design. That count is used for the base of your per piece price. We can usually estimate your stitch count for your quote.

    Embroidery Turn-Around time...

The standard turnaround time for us to get an embroidery job finished is between 14 - 21 business days. Depending on the quantity that timeframe could be lower.

What is the turnaround time for Screen Printing?
Usually 7-10 business days, however, we might have some flexibility with a rush order. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know beforehand so that we may schedule your order accordingly.

What is the process for placing an order?

  1. We need to know the quantity of shirts, shirt colors, and ink colors you need.
  2. We need to know what you want on the shirts. Design ideas? Some basic idea of what you want it to say.
  3. Graphic Artist will put together a proof for you to review. We can make changes from there.
  4. Once the artwork is approved, we will schedule your job into production.
  5. We will contact you as soon as your order is completed.

Can I print on assorted garments and sizes?
You are welcome to mix and match youth t-shirts with adult t-shirts, hoodies, and other styles, just keep in mind that the image we are printing will be created in such a size to fit all garments for the order. If we have to create a smaller size image for smaller shirts vs. adult shirts, then it's considered a "new" order with a 12 piece minimum unless we do them as a DTF service.

Artwork and Ink colors must remain the same on ALL of the garments. If the ink color has to change between a light and dark colored garment; additional charges may apply.

What if I have my own artwork?
Great! But there are certain requirements for that artwork in order to create the best final project.
• Accepted formats: .ai.eps, .pdf or High Resolution .jpg or .psd
• ALL fonts converted to outlines / curves

If you only have an idea scribbled onto a napkin, that's fine also, just shoot us a picture and our graphics team can create a proof for you, once you have placed your order.

What is the maximum print area?
Standard Left or Right Chest = 4" x 4" max
Standard Full Front or Back = 12" x 14" max
Back Tag = 4" x 4" max
Long Sleeve = 4" x 14" max

What if there is an error with my order?
We provide digital proofs with every order. Approvals are required prior to any job being completed. If an error is found after the printing process we will do what we can to help you resolve the issue.

Do you offer products Made in the USA?
Yes! But we don't just stop there. We price ourselves on offering a wide selection of quality, sustainable, organic, and USA Made garments.

Do you ship outside of Tennessee?
Yes, we can ship anywhere in the continental US.

Can I print Mickey Mouse on my shirt for my child's birthday?
Unfortunately this is a hard NO! Mickey Mouse and many other cartoon characters are trademarked materials and it is highly illegal to reproduce them without permission. That said, every customer is responsible for ensuring the originality of their design, and we accept zero liability for the printing of trademarked materials.

If you're having trouble figuring out a design, or want to create something inspired by a design or look you saw elsewhere, our graphic department would be more than happy to help.

Can I personalize my shirts with a Name and/or Number
No problem at all. When you email us all your sizes, you can either attach a spreadsheet or just type the names/numbers out in your email signifying what goes on each shirt.

Example:
Small - John Doe - 36
Medium - Jane Doe - 57
Medium - Baby Doe - 66

How does your sizing work
Sizing varies from brand to brand and garment to garment, but roughly 80% of the products we use run true to size. There are detailed sizing charts - complete with pictures - that can be emailed to you to review prior to placing your order. We can usually obtain most sizes from Youth XS to Adult 6X in basic t-shirts and up to 4X with Hoodies or Zippys.

What is the return policy on retail shirts?
While it may be easy for you to pick from one of our many Tennessee designed shirts for sale from our catalog, you may not have the size quite right. If this is the case, you may exchange the shirt with any other shirt/size as long as it remains clean, unwashed and unworn; basically in brand new condition. Shipping Fees may apply.

What forms of payment do we accept?
Cash is always king because there are no processing fees on our end. That being said, we do accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Paypal or company check, Money Order and Bank Wire/Transfer. (Additional fees may apply.)
For schools, universities and government organizations we can accept purchase orders.

  • DTF (DIRECT-TO-FILM)

    DTF is good for:

    Vibrant colors:
DTF produces high-quality prints with sharp details and vibrant colors.

    Dark fabrics:
DTF is cost-effective for full-color designs on dark fabrics.

    Versatile materials:
DTF can be printed on a variety of fabrics, including cotton, nylon, fleece, and blends.

    Flexibility:
DTF offers fast turnaround, garment flexibility, and higher production speeds.

    Durability:
DTF offers 50-100 washes before the transfer starts to degrade from washing.

Keeping your garment out of the dryer can extend the life of the transfer.

  • SCREEN PRINTING

This traditional method uses a mesh screen to force ink onto a surface.

    Screen printing is good for:

    Large print runs:
Screen printing is cost-effective for larger print runs, especially with simpler designs.

    Fabric fibers:
Screen printing works well on fabric fibers such as cotton or fabric blends.

    Durability:
